isabel marant is a superstar. i never liked wedge sneakers.. a hit item few years back! i actually hated them so much! but this pair of isabel marant etoile sneakers have totally changed my mind! so casual but chic! i personally like kate bosworth's outfit the most (maybe because i'm biased? i like kate bosworth).. so refreshing! but you do need a pair of nice legs to go with the sneakers aw-oh!

when i first saw this on the sartorialist, i thot: boahhh you would never (or very rarely) see such thing in hong kong! fashion and style could be so much fun, if you're daring enough (with taste of course)! i miss paris xx

don't know how many of you read chicmuse.com. i didn't know about denni elias before i actually saw her during paris fashion week in 2010. she definitely caught my attention. loved her look.

after few weeks, while i was surfing the internet looking at fashion blogs.. i found her blog! and i've been a regular reader of her blog since then!

recently she got invited to participate in an ad campaign for joyce by romeo gigli. joyce boutique is one of the most famous multi brand stores from hong kong. it has an amazing selections including brands altuzarra, carven, christopher kane, giambattista valli, victoria beckham.. the list goes on and on. you may find joyce boutique in new world tower in central, pacific place in admiralty, the lee gardens in causeway bay, and harbour city in tst.

if you ask me if i'm a bag person, or a shoe person. i can tell u without thinking: i'm freaking definitely a shoe person!!! hell yeahhhhhhh

apart from the givenchy heels i mentioned earlier, these alexander wang heels had also been my dream shoes this summer! please note: had also been :D love them since the beginning of the season, but they were way too expensive! so i thought i would just wait till summer sale (but what if they're sold out?!!) and guess what! last week i went to check out the summer sale at lab concept store in queensway. i found them! at half price! i thought that's the best deal, and of course i had to get them!! omg.. can't believe they still have my size (hmm... so i guess they're not too popular lol)! so i brought them home!

but i also dropped by lane crawford yesterday and saw that the price went further down (what?!!!) but yeah.. can't help! at least the shoes had really made my daysss last week! anyway i'm happy enough :DDDD

in recent years, more and more asian designers are rising in the fashion industry. my favorite *phillip lim*, alexander wang, prabal gurung, richard chai.. the list goes on and on. jason wu is one of them. this name has caught people's attention ever since the first lady of america wore his design at the inauguration night in jan 2009. this young talented designer was just 26 back then! super wearable, young, sweet, romantic.. how much i want to own one of his designs! now it comes to resort 2013, trench, halter neck, lace, buttoned-up, chiffon, fresh and young floral prints (not granny at all!).. i just love it!

oh my god

i love fashion, and i do respect other people's personal styles. but there are 2 'fashion icons' whose styles i really don't appreciate. i tried but i couldn't. tommy ton shoots good pictures, everyone knows it. when i was browsing his pictures of the men's fashion week and couture week, i came across this. and i was surprised to see those 2 'fashion icons' being captured in the same pic. and i thought: hmm i really should post this pic! i just dislike them. i don't know if it's their faces, their behavior or their over-the-top styles.. whatever. i just don't like them.. brrr.. i don't even need to see their faces... yeah i could be pretty mean sometimes :P

i still remember how much i've loved the song video game. i was even looping it while i was showering (i brought my mac to the toilet w me lol). so different so special.. now that she's got famous, people pay attention to she writes and sings, what she wears (yeh let's talk about her retro style later).. national anthem is a recent hit, and it has been been looping in my head since i listened to it the very first time. somehow its a weird to see her 'rapping' a little bit. going gangsta a little bit. and becoming commercial a little bit.. just hope she could stay original.. tho fame and originality seldom go well together
