design colours life

i was in my second home (shanghai) last weekend!! one thing i particularly like about shanghai is that there are always a lot of arts and culture going on, we get to go to so many exhibitions, galleries, music concerts and so on! my bf and i went to check out a pretty cool exhibition at moca (museum of contemporary art): design colours life - contemporary finnish design and marimekko. please excuse me i have pretty much no knowledge about scandinavian arts and design, but i've been hearing that it's becoming a thing! it was nice to see, cool and fun! i like such exhibitions :) it's still on till dec 7. go check it out if u happen to be in shanghai!!

i believe most of you have already viewed the full collection online! i'm never a big fan of mmm, but i have to admit that the collection makes me all excited!!

i've 'marked' a couple of items, including the brown knee-length boots or black ankle boots, the nude top with black bra print, the black knee-lenth skirt, the black coat, the white circle shirt.. etc. omg can i just take half day off on nov 15?!!

i never had the courage to start my own blog. i was worried that i would lack of things to say i was worried that no one would come to my blog. that's also the reason why i don't publish my entries at other social media to drive traffic. i don't want my friends to come to my blog and think that it sucks or no one is reading it at all. i'm a chicken!

i made a deal with my bf: if i'm able to get a traffic of 1000 by his birthday, he'll get me a super cool web design! i was so close! anyway i'm happy to announce that i've finally gained this traffic, few days later after his birthday! but most importantly i would like to thank you all for coming to my blog (accidentally or purposely). it's such an encouragement! although i'm still far from being a great blogger, i'll never give up and keep working :)

p.s. sorry for being so lazy lol.. i keep trying :D

where are my perfect boots?

i feel ashamed of myself! since last fall i've been looking for a pair of perfect boots, nothing fancy, just a pair of simple black long boots! i don't mind paying a little bit more for something classic and long lasting, but i'm not gonna spend like 6k (hk dollars)! i thought i would have a lot of options but NO! why is it so hard?

last week, i thought i've found them! i happened to come across this pair of cole haan by maria sharapova (not too attracted by the label, but they look not bad!!) i even realized that buying at their online store is much cheaper, and i could have my friend in us to ship the shoes to me!!

just before i made up my mind (i was so close to buying!!), i decided to go try them out again to play safe (i'm such a rational fashion loverrr) and... i think they're not as perfect as i thought! i don't think they fit my legs too well :( i just need a pair of classic black leather boots which look slim on me! why is it so hard? please let me know if you have any ideas! winter is coming soon!!

sorry for being such a lazy axx! i had a longggg holiday so me and my bf went to thailand for a getaway! unfortunately weather wasn't too nice, so we came back not tanned at all :/ so sad to get back to reality haha! anyway no more lame excuses :P

i'm here to tell you all that vera wang has opened her first flagship store in hong kong!! yes, vera wang! can you believe this? i'm not a particular big fan of vera wang.. but this is just unbelievable!! all the ladies out there, see you soon at the new store on staunton street 39 central!
